The Kwadaso Municipal Assembly on Thursday,10th July,2025 held its maiden Executive Committee (EXECO) meeting under the leadership of the newly confirmed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) ,Hon.Eric Asibey at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The meeting among other things was to discuss reports from the various sub-committees of the Assembly.
The Convenors of the various sub-committees namely, Finance and Administration, Works, Social Services, Development Planning and Justice and Security took turns to present their reports and recommendations on issues discussed in their earlier meetings to the Committee for discussion,consideration and onward submission to the General Assembly for further deliberations and approval.
The issues presented by the sub-committees range from Health, Agric, Roads to Security, Education, Sanitation and Infrastructural projects.
Addressing the committee, the Chairman and MCE advised members to put the municipality first for development over any religious,political or personal interest.
The Management Information System (MIS) team of the Assembly made a presentation on Data Protection Policy at the meeting.
Present at the meeting were the MCE, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Francis Adu Boateng, Conveners of the various sub-committees and selected Heads of Departments and Units.
