The Kwadaso Municipal Chief Executive, Hon.Eric Asibey has commended the Ashanti Regional Education Directorate for organizing the Ashanti High School Music Fiesta, an initiative to promote unity among Senior High Schools through music, foster inter-school collaboration and provide an opportunity for the young students to unearth their talents.
The MCE who was speaking at the launch of the Ashanti High School Music Fiesta expressed his concern about the rising cases of indiscipline in our Senior High Schools.
The program which was launched on Wednesday 4th June 2025, at the John Agyekum Kuffour Auditorium of Prempeh College brought together key personalities including the Ashanti Regional Director of Education, William Kwame Amankra Appiah(Ed.D),Nananom, the Clergy, Heads of Second Cycle Institutions, Parents, Executives of Ashanti SRC, Students among others.
In a brief address to launch the concert, the Ashanti Regional Director of Education, called for the full support and corporation of all the school Heads.
The event being organized under the theme:Music Without Borders;United in Harmony” had invitations being extended to all Senior High Schools, Senior High Technical Schools ans STEM Schools in the Ashanti Region.
