The Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU) of the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly on Tuesday 15th April, 2025 held its first quarter meeting to discuss the key outcomes of the 2024 Annual Progress Report(APR) at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The meeting aimed to deliberate on the Assembly’s performance of the 2024 Annual Progress Report ,identify the challenges and make the needed recommendations for improvement.
The Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), Mr Francis Adu-Boateng in welcoming members to the meeting,called for corporation and coordination of all Heads of the various departments for a successful deliberations.
In a power point presentation,Mr Derick Adjei Osei, an Assistant Development Planning Officer of the Assembly, led members to review the Annual Progress Report highlighting achievements and challenges in the various departments.
The members thoroughly discussed the issues presented, asked all the relevant questions and made the needed recommendations.
In a closing remarks,the MCD thanked members for their collaboration and insightful contributions towards the discussion of the issues presented.
He appealed to members to submit their reports on time moving forward.
The meeting was attended by all the Heads of Departments and units and other key officials of the Assembly.
