The Kwadaso Municipal Health Directorate of the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly held its Annual Performance Review meeting on Wednesday 18th February, 2025, at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The day’s meeting was under the theme “Strengthening Partnership for a Robust and Equitable Healthcare Delivery towards Universal Health Coverage” and brought together Health Directors from other Districts,some Healthcare managers,Health workers,some Assembly members, some Heads of Departments/Units, members of the Health committee ,Nurses among others.
The meeting provided a platform for the Health practitioners to discuss and measure their achievements and challenges against their set targets during the period under review and devise strategies to improve upon their performance in the coming year.
Speaking at the meeting,the Municipal Health Director, Mrs Grace Billi, reiterated the importance of collaboration in achieving quality and accessible healthcare delivery.
She said a strong healthcare is dependent on partnership between the government,CSOs,private sector, Donors, and Community stakeholders.
On his part, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Francis Adu Boateng, commended the Health Directorate for the good work they are doing in the municipality.
He stated that the Asembly is partnering with other stakeholders to develop the help sector in the municipality.
He added that the Assembly has started constructing Solar Panel for Health facilities in the municipality with three namely Apatrapa Health Center, Atwima Takyiman CHPS compound and Nwamase Health Center already completed and in use.
The various Health facilities in the municipality made presentations of their Annual Performances and challenges as well.
