The Municipal Planning and Coordinating Unit (MPCU)of the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly on Thursday, 13th February, 2025, held its first quarter meeting at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The meeting brought together all the Heads of Decentralized Departments and Units as well as other Government Agencies within the Kwadaso Municipality to discuss the new reporting format and key templates for the preparation of the 2024 Annual Progress Report and preparation of the Annual Progress Report for 2024.
The Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Francis Adu Boateng in welcoming members to the meeting, called for corporation and coordination of all Heads of the various Departments, Units and other Government Agencies in achieving the planned programs and activities in the 2025 Annual Action Plan.
Mr Derick Adjei Osei, an Assistant Development Planning Officer of the Assembly, in a power point presentation led members to discuss the new reporting format and key templates for the preparation of the progress report and ongoing programmes and projects in the municipality.
The members thoroughly discussed the issues presented and asked all the relevant questions and made the needed recommendations.
The meeting ended successfully with the MCD thanking members for their collaboration and insightful contributions towards the discussion of the issues presented.
