PERFORMANCE CONTRACT ASSESSORS VISITS KWADASO MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY


A three (3) member team of Assessors from the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council(ARCC) on Tuesday 28th January 2025, visited the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly to evaluate the overall performance and activities of the Assembly for the year 2024.

The assessment is conducted periodically to assess how well the Assemblies have performed in accordance with the Performance Contract Agreement signed between the ARCC and the Metropolitan,Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the region and identify areas for improvement.
The team considered the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and the Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) of the performance contract the Assemblies signed with the RCC by inspecting files,documents,the Assembly’s website and some facilities.

After the inspection,the team commended the Assembly for a good work but also shared some advice on areas where the assembly had some challenges.
The Municipal Coordinating Director thanked the assessors for their conduct during the assessment and also thanked his Heads of Departments for their hard work.

The team of assessors were led by Mrs Beatrice Kwarteng Nsiah Asare, the Regional Economic Planning Officer and accompanied by Mr Bright Okrah,MIS Unit and Ms Hannah Abrafi,an Internal Auditor from RCC.

In attendance at the exit conference was the Municipal Coordinating Director,Mr Francis Adu Boateng and ably supported by Heads of the various decentralized departments/units and some staff of the Assembly.
