The Kwadaso Municipal Assembly has held it’s annual end of year staff durbar on Tuesday 24th December, 2024, at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The durbar was an avenue to take stock of the outgoing year and to assess the challenges of staff and plan for the ensuing year.
It was also an opportunity for the MCD and especially the MCE to extend his well wishes to the staff in the yuletide and bid them farewell as this might be his last meeting with them.
The MCE thanked all the staff for their support throughout his stay as the Chief Executive.
An opportunity was given to the staff to ask questions and offer their suggestions for a good working ethics and environment in the coming year.
The MCE received widespread praises from staff members for his exemplary leadership which has been a key factor in fostering a positive and productive working environment.
The concerns that were raised by the staff were also addressed by the MCE accordingly.
Present were the MCE, Hon.Richmond Agyenim-Boateng, the MCD, Mr Francis Adu Boateng, Heads of Departments/Units and staff of the Assembly.
