The Executive Committee of the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly on Friday, 13th December, 2024,held its final meeting for the year at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the findings and recommendations from the various sub-committees of the Assembly for final approval or otherwise of the General Assembly.
The Conveners of the various sub-committees on Justice and Security, Social Services, Development Planning,Finance and Administration,Environmental Health and Sanitation,Works and Transport altenated to present their reports and recommendations to the Committee for deliberations,consideration and onward submission to the General Assembly for final approval or rejection.
They were further questioned by the committee to provide comprehensive information about their reports.
In attendance were the MCE and Chairman for the Executive Committee, Hon.Richmond Agyenim-Boateng, the MCD, Mr Francis Adu Boateng, Conveners of the various sub-committees and some selected Heads of Departments.
