The Kwadaso Municipal Assembly today, 8th October, 2024, officially welcomed all the 2024/2025 batch of National Service personnel at a meeting held at the Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The purpose of the meeting was to formally welcome the service personnel and sensitize them on their work ethics.
The Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Francis Adu Boateng in welcoming the personnel implored them to be disciplined, hardworking and punctual at work.
The Human Resource Manager, Mrs Gloria Arthur, took the personnel through the code of conduct of the civil service and cautioned them to strictly adhere to the laid down rules and regulations of the Assembly.
She also cautioned them about their dressing and warned them not to dress anyhow to the office.
The Municipal Director of NSS, Mr Anthony Marfo added his voice to the clarion call on the service personnel to avoid absenteeism and advised them to officially seek permission when need be.
Present at the meeting included the MCD, the Human Resource Manager,the NSS Director, Deputy Director, Mrs Margaret Ofosuhene and some staff of the Human Resource Department.
The program ended with an open forum where the personnel were given the platform to ask questions related to their service and the NSS Director, HR and the MCD promptly addressed those concerns.
