The Member of Parliament for the Kwadaso Constituency and Deputy Minister for Education, Hon.Professor Kingsley Nyarko has on Monday 9th September, 2024,supported farmers in his constituency with two hundred and seventy one(271) bags of organic fertilizers to help improve agriculture in the municipality.
According to the MP, the support is aimed at ensuring higher yields of farm produce and boost food security in the area.
Each of the 15 farmers received 18 bags of the fertilizers.
The Hon.MP was accompanied by the MCE, Hon.Richmond Agyenim-Boateng, the Presiding Member, Hon.Ernest Frimpong and the Municipal Agric Director, Mavis Agyeiwaa Yeboah.
