The Procurement Unit of the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly on Tuesday 28th May, 2024, opened tenders for the Supply and Installation of Renewable Energies with Photovoltaic Systems in 24No. schools and 3No. Health care facilities within the Municipality at the Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The project is being funded by Neu-Isenburg, the sister-city partners of the Kwadaso Assembly.
The MCD, Mr Francis Adu Boateng, thanked members of the Tender Committee as well as Representatives of potential contractors and suppliers for availing themselves for such an important meeting and hoped for a successful completion of the bid opening process.
Present at the meeting were the Municipal Procurement Officer,Ms Sarah Asenso, the Municipal Planning Officer, Mr Isaac Kyeremateng, the Municipal Engineer, Mr Evans Denkyira,the Municipal Budget Analyst, Mr Joseph Osei-Owusu, Mr Kofi Karikari, Coordinator, Climate Partnership Programe and the Municipal Finance Officer, Mr Ernest Nsiah Acheampong.
The exercise saw Representatives of Contractors and suppliers who sent in their bids for the project also in attendance.
