The Kwadaso Municipal Assembly on Thursday 9th May, 2024, held it’s First Quarter Executive Committee meeting for the year 2024 at the Assembly’s Conference Hall.
The meeting among other things was to Discuss, Consider and Approve proposals and recommendations from the various sub-committees of the Assembly.
The Chairpersons/Conveners of all the sub-committees such as; Finance and Administration, Social Services, Development Planning, Works, Justice and Security, Environmental Health and Sanitation and Transport took turns to present their reports and recommendations on issues discussed in their earlier meetings for consideration and onward submission to the General Assembly for final approval or rejection.
Present at the meeting were the MCE, who is also the Chairman for the Executive Committee, Hon. Richmond Agyenim-Boateng, the MCD, Mr Francis Adu Boateng, Chairpersons/Conveners of the sub-committees and their Secretaries and some selected Heads of Departments/Units.
