The Kwadaso office of the Ghana Enterprises Agency(GEA) and the Mastercard Foundation has on Friday 15th March 2024, launched the start of a sensitization campaign for the “Business in a Box”(BizBox) project in the Kwadaso Municipality.
The program which was held at the Conference Hall of the Municipal Assembly seeks to support the youth with the requisite knowledge and access to start-up kits and training to start and grow their businesses.
The major focus of the BizBox project is targeted at the youth with more than 70 percent of the beneficiaries being young women and 10 percent also being Persons living With Disabilities(PWDs).
Again, the BizBox project will also focus on skills Development, mentoring and easy access to markets that will create an enabling environment for youth development and proper entrepreneurship in the Municipality.
