The Municipal Chief Executive of the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly, Hon. Richmond Agyenim-Boateng and management of the Asembly led by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr Francis Adu Boateng on Friday 5th January 2024, met with the leadership of the various Transport Unions operating at the Sofoline Bus Terminal.
The meeting which was held at the office of the MCE was to address issues raised by the chairman of GPRTU Sofoline branch, Chairman Boamah, concerning the poor sanitation situation at the bus terminal.
The meeting also afforded the two parties an opportunity to discuss measures to put in place to reduce vehicular traffic and other indiscipline act by drivers and traders at the bus Terminal.
Present at the meeting were the Hon. Richmond Agyenim-Boateng(MCE),Mr Francis Adu Boateng(MCD), Municipal Planning Officer, the Municipal Engineer, Municipal Transport Officer,Human Resource Manager, Municipal Internal Auditor, the Municipal Finance Officer, Municipal Budget Analyst, Revenue Head, Assistant Directors and Executives of the various Transport Unions in the Municipality.
