The Human Resource Department of the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly has on Tuesday 21th November, 2023, organized a two day Basic Security Training program for all the Municipal Assembly Guards.
The training program aims to equip the Guards with Basic knowledge in security and also to help them perform their duties effectively.
Opening the program, Mrs Margaret Ofosuhene, a Deputy Director asked the participants to take the training serious to enrich their knowledge.
The Human Resource Manager, Mrs Abigail Sam urged the participants to take the opportunity to enhance their knowledge in Basic security tips as well as principles that will contribute effectively to their work.
The training program was coordinated by Corporals Foster Sekle,a Drill Instructor and Sekum,a Class Instructor,from the Ghana Police Service.
Topics such as Beat, Diary Entry, How to use the Truncheon and uniform turnout were discussed.
About 21 Assembly Guards attended the training program.
A practical drill session was later held for the participants at the assembly premises.
