A Team from the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly led by the Municipal Planning Officer,Mr.Isaac Kyeremateng, together with TREND Consults and Officials from the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources on Wednesday 21st June, 2023,inspected ongoing toilet facilities being constructed for Schools and Health facilities under the Greater Kumasi Metropolitan Area(GKMA)toilet project.
The day’s tour was embarked upon to visit the various project sites to inspect and ascertain the stages of work of these projects.
The team comprising of the Municipal Planning Officer,Municipal Engineer,Rep.from GES,Rep from Ghana Health Service,Works Committee Chairman,Environmental Health Officer,the project Consultant and the Sanitary Engineer from GAMA were able to visit all the eight(8)project sites.
The project sites toured included the Atwima Amanfrom SDA Primary/JHS, Nwamase M/A Primary,Nyankyerenease Primary ‘B’,Apatrapa RC Primary,Kwadaso SDA Primary A and B,the Apatrapa Health Centre and Prempeh Basic School.
