The Kwadaso Municipal Assembly held its first Management meeting on Friday 27th January, 2023 at the Conference Hall of the Assembly’s New Administration Complex.
The meeting was attended by the Heads of all Departments, units and agencies within the Municipality and the aim was to discuss the general issues affecting the smooth running of the Assembly.
The Municipal Co-ordinating Director, Mr. Emmanuel Ntoso welcomed all the Heads of Department and tasked them to put in extra effort in making sure the Assembly achieve its set goals and targets for the year.
He advised the Heads of Departments to liaise with the Planning Unit in preparing their Annual Action Plan for 2023.
Speaking at the meeting, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Richmond Agyenim-Boateng thanked all the Heads of Department for attending the meeting and especially to the Municipal Co-ordinating Director for organizing such as important meeting to commence the year.
He pleaded with the Heads to cooperate with each other and contribute their quota to ensure the rapid development of the Municipality.
The MCE took the opportunity to appeal to the Heads of Department especially the Works Department not allow food vendors and hawkers to operate within the New Administration Complex to avoid littering the compound.
Hon. Richmond Agyenim-Boateng directed all Heads of Department who are supposed to operate in the New Administration Complex to relocate permanently by Wednesday 1st February,2023.
