The newly recruited community health workers in the Kwadaso Municipality paid a courtesy call on Hon. Dr. Kingsley Nyarko, the Member of Parliament for Kwadaso constituency and MCE-Hon. Richmond Agyenim Boateng, at their office on Monday, 31st October, 2022 .
These community health workers(CHW) were led by Mr. Silas Konadu Boateng (Director, Y.E.A. – Kwadaso Municipality) and his officers.
Motivating the workers, Hon. Dr. Kingsley Nyarko expressed a conviction that they can achieve the tasks ahead of them after some weeks of training. He is also urged them to work with passion.
Highlighting what the Community Health Work module seeks to do, Dr. Nyarko stated ,”Community Health Work is a module of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) that is focusing on selecting young indigenes of various communities in this constituency, training and posting them to the various communities in this constituency/municipality.”
He urged them to have passion for the work.
