The Kwadaso Municipal Assembly as part of its effort to train staff and build their capacity has organized a one day in house training for Heads of Department and the General Staff of the Assembly on Project Management and code of conduct and ethics respectively.The training was organized by the Human Resource Department of the Assembly on 31st August 2022 at the Asanteman Distilleries Conference Hall with technical support from One-Time Consult Firm.The objective of the workshop was to enable both Heads of Department and staff have a better understanding on Project Management and code of conduct and ethics of the Local Government Service.Participants at the workshop were taken through the code of conduct and ethics of the Local Government Service such as absenteeism, political neutrality, integrity, selflessness among others by Mr. Hassan Diwura, a facilitator from One-Time Consult.Present at the workshop were Mr. Emmanuel Ntoso, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Mohammed Nafiq, the Municipal Finance Officer, Heads of Decentralized Department and staff of the Assembly.
